This is an
example for people unfamiliar with using a website to advertise a rental property. On the "actual" pages where you'll enter all the
details about the property, simply
moving your cursor over the blue  buttons,
provides more information on what data needs to be entered.
Advert Title – e.g. Luxury beachfront apartment.
From the drop down menu boxes you can select the type of the property you are renting as well as the location. Depending on your choice, the system automatically provides
you with all the possible choice of Counties, States or Provinces. Listing Text - Provide a property description for the search results page - maximum of 250 characters. Full Descriptive Text Box - Here you can describe your property in full detail with no limit on characters.
In the next tab click or select all the information that applies to your property.
In the next tab enter all the area information you can provide.
The photos on your computer should be in normal JPEG format and ideally resized to 800 x 600 pixels before uploading. If they are in this format they will upload very quickly. If they are not resized don’t worry because the website will automatically do it for you.
1.) Choose a short title for your photo (up to 20 characters).
2.) Click on the Browse button. Then find and click to select the particular photo for uploading.
3.) Click on the "Upload Photo" button and the photo will soon appear in the area beneath. Repeat the step for all photos you wish to upload. Using the blue arrows to the right of the photos will allow your photos to be re-arranged on the website.
Click on the name of the month to enter the available or booked dates.
Enter the prices for the different seasons in the year. Click the blue button to open an interactive calendar.
