Holidays 2 Rent Terms and conditions are fundamental to the acceptance of advertisements for submission to this website. When advertising on this site you have therefore accepted the terms and conditions as set out below.
Holidays 2 Rent do not rent properties for holidays/ vacations, we just provide a way for property owners to advertise their properties to the widest possible audience, enabling renters to contact the property owners direct. Any agreement to rent a property is solely between the renter and the property owner, Holidays 2 Rent do not take part in any transactions made from our website.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any free trial listings agreed with us will be allowed to run the full term, but we reserve the right to withdraw or modify any such offers without notice, however this will be without prejudice to existing advertisers.
Any free listings and special offers will apply to one property per owner household or owner’s agent, other than by prior agreement or under the terms of an offer in place at the time of listing. All other listings will be offered in line with our normal Advertising Plans and Prices.
The normal Advertising Plans and Prices apply to one property only. Additional properties will require additional payments, subject to the agreement of Holidays 2 Rent (see prices for additional properties).
As an owner you will need to show a clear and up-to-date price structure which includes any extra charges that you may require for other facilities. We have found that a simple pricing structure is best and that to avoid overbooking you should maintain your availability calendar at all times.
We operate an open and honest trading policy and expect owners/ advertisers to be equally honest when advertising on this site. Any feedback which refers to inaccuracies, discrepancies or misrepresentation of the property in the owner’s description will be reported directly back to the owner.
We reserve the right to remove, without prior notification, any listing that contains pornographic or other unlawful material including incitement to illegal practices, fraudulent practice, material of a threatening or libellous nature and any other content that the owners/ administrators of Holidays 2 Rent consider unsuitable for inclusion or retention on the site.
Acceptance by us, of a property for listing, does not infer the right to include on this site any material that is subject to copyright, trademark or anything that infringes on other proprietary rights of others. Any such infringement may be reported to the relevant authority and the offending listing removed from the site.
Any enquiries you may receive as a result of advertising on Holidays 2 Rent should be used exclusively for the purpose of renting the property advertised. It should not be used in respect of properties not listed with us and neither should it be forwarded to a third party. (Anyone found passing unsuitable enquires on to a third party not listed on our site will be removed without prior notice).
Holidays 2 Rent refund policy - If you decide that you no longer wish to continue advertising with Holidays 2 Rent you must Cancel your Advertising via e mail to

. Please note that any monthly remaining credit will be forfeited and therefore this balance will not be refunded.
If you wish to display a link to your own private website from your Advert on Holidays 2 Rent, we require that your private website displays a link back to us at "http://www.holidays2 rent.com"
If you do not wish to have a reciprocal link back to Holiday 2 Rent we will make a small charge for this. Also make sure that you monitor the traffic that we refer to your site and check with the visitors where they heard of your site in order for you to be able to monitor the amount of business generated by Holidays 2 Rent throughout the year.

Holidays 2 Rent (http://www.holidays2rent.com) reserve the right to charge for hypertext links from this website. We also reserve the right to refuse or remove any unauthorized hypertext links to other websites or addresses from the owners/ advertisers pages and to remove any such links, web addresses or any references to other sites (whether in direct conflict or not) without prior notice and at our discretion.
Holidays 2 Rent reserve the right to remove any inappropriate email address or links to other websites within the owners advert. If an email address or external link to another website is added without the permission of Holidays 2 Rent we will cancel the owners advertising and no refund will be made.
Before accepting our terms and conditions you must agree to Not having any links on "Holidays 2 Rent" that lead to other vacation rental sites, either directly or indirectly, or allow links to be placed on your own private web site that promote other vacation homes either directly or indirectly not listed on Holidays 2 Rent.
You must also confirm that you will not use the facilities of Holidays 2 Rent to "spam" neither visitors or owners alike.
Property Activation and Payment
Holidays 2 Rent will endeavour to activate your property within 24 working hours of payment on the Holidays 2 Rent website. Your property listing that we promote on your behalf on other property portals will be activated within 120 working hours as this timescale maybe out of our control.
