The majority of owners are honest people but we at times rely on the feedback from renters to inform us of any discrepancies, misrepresentations or inaccuracies concerning any properties that are listed with us. Any feedback that we receive will be passed on directly to the owner or advertiser of the property. If a property owner continues to misrepresent their property then Holiday 2 Rent will remove the property listing from the website. 
 
Holidays 2 Rent do not assume any responsibility as to the accuracy of information supplied to us on the property listing pages, in advertisements on our website or other websites accessed via links from the Holidays 2 Rent website. As such Holidays 2 Rent can neither endorse nor guarantee the content posted by other parties. Holidays 2 Rent will not accept any liability for any claims that may arise as a result of any misrepresentations or inaccuracies submitted by the advertisers. 

If, you have any questions or concerns we strongly advise you to confirm everything with the property owner prior to entering into a rental agreement and paying a deposit. Get written confirmation of rental rates, deposits required and the owners policy regarding cancellations, arrival and departure times, the receipt and return of keys and their policy regarding loss of  keys in your possession. You will also need to know about additional charges for such things as pool heating or heating in general and the owner’s policy regarding the return of refundable deposits. 

Holidays 2 Rent may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time, including the availability of any website features, database, or content, where we have legal, commercial or technical reasons to do so. We may also impose limits on certain features or services or restrict your access to parts, or all of the website for similar reasons.

There may also be times when the website becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties experienced by us or on the Internet. We will, however, use reasonable skill and care to overcome these difficulties where they are within our control. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee continuous access to the website or any of its specific features.

Please remember that Holidays 2 Rent will not be party to any transaction made between the renter and the property owner. Any rental agreement is solely between the renter and the property owner and not with Holidays 2 Rent.  Upon entering any agreement directly with the property owner the renter will therefore agree that Holidays 2 Rent, its owners and employees will be blameless and cannot be held accountable in the case of any disputes arising from the agreement. This will apply no matter who is the aggrieved party.

We reserve the right to change the content of this website (including the terms and conditions) at any time. Therefore, it is your responsibility to visit the Terms and Conditions page on a regular basis to ascertain whether any amendments have been made.
