Area Description:

The Villamartin development began in 1972 and is without a doubt one of the finest golf and residential areas on the whole of the Costa Blanca. Its situated 5 kms from Torrevieja town centre and is located close to several blue flag beaches. Popular with golfers and non-golfers alike. Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, a large street market, evening street stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. For the children there is a Tivoli (fun fair) Aqua Park (open summer times) go karting. Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be found. There are also churches and museums in Torrevieja. Approx. 40 mins. drive from Alicante or 20 mins. from Murcia airport based in South Costa Blanca.
